For better or worse, Jacob has just discovered Mythbusters on TV, explosions and all...

"This report is maybe 12-years-old. Parliament buried it, and it stayed buried till River dug it up. This is what they feared she knew. And they were right to fear because there's a whole universe of folk who are gonna know it, too. They're gonna see it. Somebody has to speak for these people. You all got on this boat for different reasons, but you all come to the same place. So now I'm asking more of you than I have before. Maybe all. Sure as I know anything I know this, they will try again. Maybe on another world, maybe on this very ground swept clean. A year from now, 10, they'll swing back to the belief that they can make people . . . better. And I do not hold to that. So no more running. I aim to misbehave." ~ Captain Malcom Reynolds

so cool! Wish that I could be there to watch with him!
My sons discovered Mythbusters also - So I had to implement very draconian rules.
No experiment, trial, recreation, etc could be attempted without prior written, informed documented consent given by a parent who had been awake for 2 hours.
While normally I don't believe in prior restraint (by the government) knowing my boys this was a necessary and sensible precaution.
Of course, that still left a lot of room for experiments....which they enjoyed
Was that earthquake we experienced part of those experiments? And they just decided to call it an "earthquake" to cover it up? lol. :)
Front Porch Society,
I can neither confirm nor deny any involvement with any recent/not so recent earthquake.
Now please excuse me, we have to dismantle some equipment that is laying around in the garage :)
Ah-ha! So....it was you! :) lol.
Sorry, been a rough few days so been away from comments and blogging...
Bob - I LIKE the "conscious for 2 hours" codicil... I'll be adding that to the house rules!
And fortunately he hasn't started experimenting yet, just watching stuff.
