I have a wife who is sick and not getting much sleep and needs me; a one-year-old who has decided that she does NOT want to sleep through the night anymore, thank you very much; a three-year-old full of energy and brilliance who needs attention, and I started my chemo again with all that attendant fun.
So, not so much on the blogging right now, sorry.

"This report is maybe 12-years-old. Parliament buried it, and it stayed buried till River dug it up. This is what they feared she knew. And they were right to fear because there's a whole universe of folk who are gonna know it, too. They're gonna see it. Somebody has to speak for these people. You all got on this boat for different reasons, but you all come to the same place. So now I'm asking more of you than I have before. Maybe all. Sure as I know anything I know this, they will try again. Maybe on another world, maybe on this very ground swept clean. A year from now, 10, they'll swing back to the belief that they can make people . . . better. And I do not hold to that. So no more running. I aim to misbehave." ~ Captain Malcom Reynolds

Came here from Brigid's blog. With your permission, I'd like to read more. Your honesty comes through loud and clear.
I'm a newcomer too. Love the blog. I hope your wife feels better and your chemo time passes quickly. Also: check to see if your daughter's 1-year molars are starting to come in... and if they are, dose her with Motrin! (I am dealing with this with my son's 2-year molars.) Take care.
Welcome to both of you! Poke around, make yourself at home & help yourself to the food and beverages! Always nice to gain some new readers.
And Christa, yes it does appear to be the molars - thanks! I had forgotten what a joy that was...
Things better today, so let's hope the trend continues.
Thanks for the warm welcome! Glad things are better today. May the trend continue. :)
