Long, hot, annoying day at the range. I do hate having to yell, but I tend to get grumpy when weapons are pointed at me by inattentive folks...
Fortunately I'm home now - wife & kids all glad to see me, a nice dinner and now a quiet evening.
So how was your day?

"This report is maybe 12-years-old. Parliament buried it, and it stayed buried till River dug it up. This is what they feared she knew. And they were right to fear because there's a whole universe of folk who are gonna know it, too. They're gonna see it. Somebody has to speak for these people. You all got on this boat for different reasons, but you all come to the same place. So now I'm asking more of you than I have before. Maybe all. Sure as I know anything I know this, they will try again. Maybe on another world, maybe on this very ground swept clean. A year from now, 10, they'll swing back to the belief that they can make people . . . better. And I do not hold to that. So no more running. I aim to misbehave." ~ Captain Malcom Reynolds

Hmmm did you re-decorate??
and urgh, idiots. Never ever point a gun at something/someone unless you intend to shoot. (gun safety 101... I know this and I don't even own a gun... Although I would love a Sig Sauer p226...)
Have a nice night off with the family!!
xx

urf? Uh yeah. Starts with "T" rhymes with yard.
Grrr...
There's a reason I only shoot with people I'm comfortable with. Yes, I judge a person from the moment they come in contact with a firearm. I have no patience for idiots who forget the basic rules of gun handling.
Yes but unfortunately I don't have a choice when I'm instructing at work... Just have to professionally lecture the idiots.
Ahh... the joys of being muzzle-swept by morons.
One of the main reasons my husband gets nervous taking me to the range - the last time it happened to me, I marched over and made two rookies cry.
What can I say, I have a slight... "thing" about idiots pointing guns at me. Makes me cranky. And honestly, if a guy who wants to be a cop can't keep from sobbing in the corner after a woman rips him for being stupid with a gun - he's going into the wrong job.
I figure I did him a favor and saved him YEARS of being miserably employed. Glad you got home safe.
