"This report is maybe 12-years-old. Parliament buried it, and it stayed buried till River dug it up. This is what they feared she knew. And they were right to fear because there's a whole universe of folk who are gonna know it, too. They're gonna see it. Somebody has to speak for these people. You all got on this boat for different reasons, but you all come to the same place. So now I'm asking more of you than I have before. Maybe all. Sure as I know anything I know this, they will try again. Maybe on another world, maybe on this very ground swept clean. A year from now, 10, they'll swing back to the belief that they can make people . . . better. And I do not hold to that. So no more running. I aim to misbehave." ~ Captain Malcom Reynolds

Ah, yes. The good ole scary movies without all the nastiness the news one seem to possess.
I never drink...wine...
Oh, Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi...I miss you both!
haha. how appropriate since the newest installment comes out next month? I wouldn't call myself a Twilight super fan, but I did enjoy reading the books and I always have to watch the movie if there is one after reading the book.
Monster Hunter International. Scary Vampires included, free of Charge.
I'd also say the show Supernatural generally does a good job with the 'Evil is evil' schtick, if you can get past the occasional teenish angst brought on by being a CW show.
And they do occasionally try to find out if evil doesn't have to be evil... and then end up wishing they hadn't.
Jon - I have a first printing of MHI, so yes I know!
Haven't watched Supernatural yet, but it's on my "if I can make time" list... thanks for the recommendation.
The best of the new batch seems to be Torchwood. I mean if one absolutely must have Gay/Lesbian vampires.
I like my Vampires like I like my Single Malt.... Straight!
Or at least neat!
No, I'm not driving!
